2013 Pinot noir Dardis

Our estate-grown Pinot noir Dardis from the west portion of Fairsing Vineyard is named for Mary Ann McNally’s paternal grandmother Hannah Dardis. It is a nicely balanced blend of Dijon 115, Wadenswil, and Pommard selections. 

Both on the nose and on the palate this wine displays lush dark cherry and blueberry, with a hint of wet stone and savory minerality. The tannin framework has vitality that extends to a focused round, fruit finish.

This elegant wine aged 10 months in 30% new French oak barrels with a limited production of 262 cases.

2013 Pinot noir Sullivan

Fairsing Vineyard’s Pinot noir Sullivan is a stunning combination of Pommard, Dijon 777, and Wadenswil selections from the east portion of our vineyard.

We honored Mike McNally’s paternal grandmother Winifred Sullivan with this bottling.  It has fresh and inviting aromas of strawberry and cherry with notes of blood orange citrus and a hint of caramel. Lovely flavors of raspberry and strawberry permeate with a touch of white pepper and a generous cherry finish.

Aged 10 months in 28% new French oak barrels with a limited production of 255 cases.

2014 Pinot noir Sullivan

Fairsing Vineyard’s Pinot noir Sullivan is a beautifully lithe combination of Pommard (55%), Dijon 777 (20%) and Wadenswil (25%) selections from the east portion of our vineyard.

We honored Mike McNally’s paternal grandmother Winifred Sullivan with this bottling. This delicate and lively wine offers a tangy range of red fruit flavors that linger easily. Soft. floral and refreshing on the finish.

2015 Chardonnay

Lithe and expressive with seductive white flowers and whipped lemon cream on the nose. This 2015 Chardonnay balances the bright supple flavors of ripe peach and fresh pear with the rounded richness of cardamon, honey and toasted almond butter. 

The soft entry on the palate is energized with focused acidity and gives way to considerable length. Ready to enjoy now but if you can keep your hands off of it, this wine will cellar well through 2021

2015 Pinot noir Estate

Harvested September 9, 2015, this wine was fermented in two-ton fermenters and then moved to barrels, 30% of which were new French oak. It was aged in barrel 10 months and bottled September 24, 2016.

Our 2015 Pinot noir represents the entire 40-acre vineyard and contains fruit from every portion of our rolling hillsides. The selections contained in this bottle are Wadenswil, Pommard, Dijon 777 and 115 with final alcohol of 14.4%.

2016 Rosé

This limited production estate grown Rosé of Pinot Noir soaked 10 hours on the skins and was allowed to settle for an additional 48 hours before barrel fermentation.

A resplendent combination of the Pommard and Dijon 777 selections with a coral hue reminiscent of peach flower petals. Orchard scents of smoky oak, white flower petal and cherry blossoms reach out from the glass. 

On the palate, fresh watermelon and grilled honey-glazed peach offer supple, creamy mouth feel and a clean through-line of acidity. 

Limited production of 235 cases.
