2023 Rosé of Pinot noir

The 2023 Fairsing Rosé of Pinot noir is a gem - with charming hue, creamy mouthfeel, and elegant blend of summer fruits.
 
Poised and welcoming, this wine is crafted from 100% Pinot noir and barrel-aged in neutral French oak. This is the ideal wine to pair with patio appetizers, grilled favorites, and sun-dappled brunches. 
 
On the nose there are floral notes and citrus zest with sun-ripened garden fruit flavors gliding across the palate. With hints of watermelon sorbet and ripe Georgia peach, this playful summer sipper is delightful without sacrificing its elevated texture or authenticity.

2021 McCarthy Chardonnay

2021 Fairsing Pinot noir

Harvested September 14, 2021, this combination of Pommard, Dijon 114, 115, and Wadenswil was barrel fermented 10 months in 20% new French oak before bottling August 25, 2022 with a final alcohol of 13.4%.

The 2021 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir represents the entire 42-acre vineyard and contains fruit from across cascading hillsides and deep intervening draughts.

2021 Dardis Pinot noir

The Dardis Pinot noir crafted from fruit on the west side of Fairsing honors Mary Ann McNally’s paternal grandmother, Hannah Dardis. 

The Dardis bears a signature deep garnet color and alluring aromatics of wood spice and forest floor.

This Pinot noir showcases firm velvety tannins that frame savory and ripe dark fruit flavors. On the palate baked berry flavors mingle and flow through to an expressive finish.

2021 Kenney Pinot noir

2019 Fairsing Pinot noir

Harvested September 21, 2019, this wine fermented in two-ton fermenters and then moved to barrels, 20% of which were new French oak. This wine aged in barrel 10 months and was bottled August 26, 2020. 

Our 2019 Fairsing Pinot noir represents the entire 42-acre vineyard and contains fruit from across our rolling hillsides. Selections included in this bottling; Pommard, Dijon 777, Wadenswil, Dijon 115, and Dijon 114 with a final alcohol of 14.5%. 

There is a hallmark depth to this Pinot noir - a reflection of the diversity of the estate. With savory notes and plummy fruit flavors, the tannins and texture are velvety and memorable. A lovely wine now, this wine is destined for elegant development in the cellar (92 Points - JamesSuckling.com)

Our estate-grown Pinot noir Dardis from the west portion of Fairsing Vineyard is named for Mary Ann McNally’s paternal grandmother Hannah Dardis. 

A deep garnet color greets alluring aromatic spice. This wine showcases firm velvety tannins that frame savory earth and ripe red plum flavors. On the palate dark berry flavors mingle with an expressive finish.

2017 Sullivan Pinot noir

Inviting floral notes with hints of baking spice. This wine has focused and vibrant acidity with rich and silky tannins. Lithe and composed with a layered core of juicy red fruits and a lengthy finish.

This combination of Dijon 777, Dijon 667, and Wadenswil selections was entirely barrel fermented in French oak sourced from the Billon, Sirugue, and Cadus cooperages with emphasis on the Troncais and Allier forests. 

Total elevage was ten months with 30% new French oak. Bottling occurred August 27, 2018 with a final alcohol of 14.2%.We honored Mike McNally’s paternal grandmother Winifred Sullivan with this bottling.

A dynamic and structured compilation from blocks within the southeast portion of the vineyard. We honored Mike McNally's mother, Claire Kenney McNally with this bottling.
