The 2023 Fairsing Rosé of Pinot noir is a gem - with charming hue, creamy mouthfeel, and elegant blend of summer fruits.
 
Poised and welcoming, this wine is crafted from 100% Pinot noir and barrel-aged in neutral French oak. This is the ideal wine to pair with patio appetizers, grilled favorites, and sun-dappled brunches. 
 
On the nose there are floral notes and citrus zest with sun-ripened garden fruit flavors gliding across the palate. With hints of watermelon sorbet and ripe Georgia peach, this playful summer sipper is delightful without sacrificing its elevated texture or authenticity.

2019 Fairsing Chardonnay 1.5

This classic Oregon Chardonnay opens with fresh-baked brioche on the nose dappled with flowering orchard scents. 

The palate is well-honed with lush flavors of glazed apricot, ripe tangerine, and hints of beeswax. 

Elegant and sculpted, fresh acidity and minerality linger on a plush and broad-textured finish.

Whole cluster pressed upon harvest, this compilation of Dijon 76, 95, 96 and Entav 548 clones barrel fermented in oak sourced from select cooperages with emphasis on the Troncais and Allier forests.

Total elevage was ten months with 25% new French oak and a final alcohol of 12.9%.

Expressive and engaging now, this wine will develop beautifully in the cellar through 2027.

2017 Fairsing Chardonnay 1.5

Our estate Chardonnay opens with a bouquet of Meyer lemon cream, butterscotch and lighter earthy tones.

Ripe and plush, the palate expresses a good degree of tension with bright tree fruit flavors and a soft, generous texture. The long, cream and mineral-driven finish lingers.

This deft blend of Dijon clones 76 and 95 is barrel fermented in French oak sourced from the Billon, Sirugue, and Cadus cooperages with emphasis on the Troncais and Allier forests. Total elevage was ten months with 26% new French oak before bottling in July 2018 with a final alcohol of 14%.

Exceptional now, this wine will cellar well through 2024.

2016 Fairsing Chardonnay 1.5

Delicate citrus fruits blossom on the mid palate of this elegant Chardonnay.

Fresh mineral and floral notes are met with earthy fig and rich toasted hazelnuts.

This wine features ripe Asian pear, lime zest and lemon curd with a rich reamed honey finish.

A balanced blend of Dijon 76 and 95 selections from vine blocks nestled near the shade of our old-growth Douglas fir tree, this wine barrel fermented nine months in 23% new French oak before bottling in July 2017 with a final alcohol of 13.5%.

Extraordinary now, this classic Oregon Chardonnay will cellar beautifully through 2023.

2015 Fairsing Chardonnay 1.5

Lithe and expressive with seductive white flowers and whipped lemon cream on the nose.

Our 2015 Chardonnay balances the bright supple flavors of ripe peach and fresh pear with the rounded richness of cardamon, honey and toasted almond butter. 

The soft entry on the palate is energized with focused acidity and gives way to considerable length.

This combination of Dijon clones 76 and 95 was whole-cluster presses upon harvest and fermented to dryness in select oak barrels in which 30% were new French oak. Barrel aged 10 months, this wine was bottled in July 2016 wth a final alcohol of 14.1%

Ready to enjoy now but if you can keep your hands off of it, this wine will cellar well through 2023.

The 2021 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir represents the entire 42-acre vineyard and contains fruit from across cascading hillsides and deep intervening draughts.

2019 Fairsing Pinot noir 1.5

Harvested September 21, 2019, this wine fermented in two-ton fermenters and then moved to barrels, 20% of which were new French oak. This wine aged in barrel 10 months and was bottled August 26, 2020. 

Our 2019 Fairsing Pinot noir represents the entire 42-acre vineyard and contains fruit from across our rolling hillsides. Selections included in this bottling; Pommard, Dijon 777, Wadenswil, Dijon 115, and Dijon 114 with a final alcohol of 14.5%. 

There is a hallmark depth to this Pinot noir - a reflection of the diversity of the estate. With savory notes and plummy fruit flavors, the tannins and texture are velvety and memorable. A lovely wine now, this wine is destined for elegant development in the cellar (92 Points - JamesSuckling.com)

2018 Fairsing Pinot noir 1.5

The early months of the 2018 growing season were mild and drier than normal, followed by a cool and wet March. Bud break was noted in mid-April with warm temperatures that accelerated growth.

Early fall weather proved ideal with rain waiting until October providing a prolonged harvest window. We harvested our Pinot Noir vines under clear skies on September 28, 2018. 

This complex blend of Pommard, Wadenswil, Dijon 777, 115 and 114 selections barrel fermented 10 months in 23% new French oak before bottling August 29, 2019 with a final alcohol of 13.8%.

Luxurious and balanced now, this wine will cellar gracefully through 2027.

2017 Fairsing Pinot noir 1.5

The 2017 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir represents the entire 42-acres under vine with select fruit from across varying vineyard blocks. This bottling includes Pommard, Wadenswil, and Dijon 114 selections. 

Fruit for this wine was harvested October 4, 2017 under sunny skies. 

This wine fermented in two-ton fermenters before being moved to barrels. Elevage was ten months in barrel, of which 18% where new French oak sourced from the Billon, Sirugue, and Cadus cooperages with emphasis on the Troncais and Allier forests. 

Bottling occurred August 27, 2018 with a final alcohol of 14.2%. Beautiful now, this wine will cellar well through 2026.

2016 Fairsing Pinot noir 1.5

The 2016 growing season was warm and exceptionaly beautiful. Bud break was noted April 1 with bloom and flower by June 4 with an excellent fruit set. 

The idelic summer temperatures with seasonal heat spikes were tempered by cool nights leading to verásion in July. We harvested our Pinot Noir vines under clear skies on September 11, 2016.

This 2016 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir was crafted from fruit from across our rolling hillsides including Pommard, Wadenswil, and Dijon 114.

This wine fermented in two-ton fermenters before moving to barrels, 30% of which were new French oak. It barrel aged 10 months and was bottled August 28, 2017 with a final alcohol of 14.5%.

2015 Fairsing Pinot noir 1.5

Harvested September 9, 2015, this wine was fermented in two-ton fermenters and then moved to barrels, 30% of which were new French oak. It was aged in barrel 10 months and bottled September 24, 2016. 

Our 2015 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir represents the entire 43-acre vineyard and includes Wadenswil, Pommard, Dijon 777 and 115 with final alcohol of 14.4%. 

Well balanced with both bold dark fruit and earthy elegance, this wine has a deep garnet color and velvety texture that travels seamlessly from front to back of the palate. 

Expansive savory notes of charred baking spices and cracked black pepper meet ripe black cherry, soft white flowers and oak moss. Enjoy the fruit forward qualities of this warm weather vintage now or cellar through 2025.

2016 Fáinne Pinot noir 1.5

Fáinne, ring or full circle in Irish, honors the intertwining farming and merchant heritage of previous generations of the Fairsing Vineyard owners. 
 
Each Fáinne vintage is meticulously crafted in the cellar from select barrels encompassing the finest fruit from across the estate. 
 
A deft blend of Pommard (60%), Wadensvil (20%), and Dijon 777 (20%), this wine barrel-aged 16 months in 40% new French oak with a final alcohol of 14.4%.

The barrel select Fáinne Pinot noir balances earthiness and elegance and is framed by broad tannins with a dense enveloping texture. 

Deep ruby in color with hints of earth and light tobacco on the nose. Layers of rich black cherry dance across the palate and mingle with spice and white pepper through a lingering finish.  

This wine is destined for beautiful development in the cellar and will reward the collector through 2030.

Noted for its excellent depth and structure, our Sullivan Pinot noir is continually marked by layered fruit flavors and refined tannins.

Our 2016 and Sullivan Pinot noir is generous and plump with summer strawberry on the nose with a hint of orange spice. 

Crafted from Wadenswil and Dijon 777 selections, this wine fermented in 1.5-ton microbins and then moved to barrels, 30% of which were new French oak.
