2013 Sullivan Pinot noir 1.5

It has fresh and inviting aromas of strawberry and cherry with notes of blood orange citrus and a hint of caramel. Lovely flavors of raspberry and strawberry permeate with a touch of white pepper and a generous cherry finish.

Fairsing Vineyard’s 2013 Sullivan Pinot noir is a stunning combination of Pommard, Dijon 777, and Wadenswil selections from the east portion of the vineyard.

Aged 10 months in 28% new French oak barrels with a limited production of 255 cases.

2019 Kenney Pinot noir 1.5

On the nose, herbal and cocoa aromas open to generous layers of dark cherry, ripe plum, and baking spice. Fine tannins combine with gorgeous texture and minerality. The finish lingers. 
 
A dynamic and structured compilation from blocks within the southeast portion of the vineyard. We honored Mike McNally's mother, Claire Kenney with this bottling.

2018 Kenney Pinot noir 1.5

On the nose, violet and citrus peel marry with penetrating dark red fruit flavors and distinguished minerality. Beautifully structured with layers of savory flavors, refined tannins, and lengthy finish.
 
A deft blend of Dijon 114 (97%) and Pommard (3%) this wine barrel fermented in French oak sourced from the Billon, Sirugue, and Cadus cooperages with emphasis on the Troncais and Allier forests.
 
Total elevage was ten months with 28% new French oak before bottling in August of 2019 with a final alcohol of 13.5%.

2017 Kenney Pinot noir 1.5

Fairsing Vineyard honors Mike McNally's mother, Claire Kenney McNally, with the addition of our Kenney Pinot noir to our Matriarch Series of distinct estate wines.

On the nose, tobacco and herbal aromas open to sleek layers of black raspberry, dusky clove, and ripe plum. Savory minerality with toasted spice and forest floor notes evolve midpalate and finish with broad and polished tannins.

A Dynamic and structured compilation, this inaugural bottling is crafted from Dijon 114 (87%) and Wadenswil (13%) from blocks within the southeast portion of the vineyard. This wine was barrel fermented in select oak barrels sourced specifically for our Matriarch Series Pinot program.

Total elevage was ten months wtih 25% new French oak before bottling in August 2018 with a final alcohol of 14.1%.

Refined and elegant now, this wine will age beautifully in the cellar through 2028.

2019 Dardis Pinot noir 1.5

Our estate-grown Pinot noir Dardis from the west portion of Fairsing Vineyard is named for Mary Ann McNally’s paternal grandmother Hannah Dardis. 

A deep garnet color greets alluring aromatic spice. This wine showcases firm velvety tannins that frame savory earth and ripe red plum flavors. On the palate dark berry flavors mingle with an expressive finish.

Drink now through 2028.

2018 Dardis Pinot noir 1.5

With tobacco notes and hints of floral on the nose, a deep ruby color opens to earthy flavors of black cherry, dark plum, forest floor accents, and dusky spice. 

Vibrant and detailed, this wine uncoils with fine-grained tannins, density, richness, and a long finish.

Crafted from 100% Dijon 115, this wine fermented in oak barrels sourced specifically for our Dardis program.

Total elevage was 10 months in 29% new French oak before bottling in August 2019 with a final alcohol of 13.5%.

Outstanding now, it will be worthwhile to watch development of this wine in the cellar through 2030.

A deep garnet color greets alluring leather aromatics balanced with a spicy lift.

On the palate this wine showcases firm tannins that frame savory earth and ripe red plum flavors. Dark berry richness builds mid-palate and carries through to an elongated finish.

This combination of Dijon 115 and 114 selections barrel fermented in French oak sourced specifically for our Dardis program.

Total elevage was ten months with 28% new French oak before bottling in August 2018 with a final alcohol of 14.1%.

Distinguished and elegant now, this compilation will develop beautifully in the cellar through 2029.

2016 Dardis Pinot noir 1.5

Fairsing Vinyard honors Mary Ann McNally’s paternal grandmother Hannah Dardis with this addition to our Matriarch Series of distinct estate wines.

Poised and elegant, the Dardis Pinot noir is characteristic of a classic Yamhill-Carlton Pinot noir with silky texture, dark fruit flavors, and structured tannins. 

Both on the nose and on the palate dark cherry and blueberry flavors permeate this velvety wine. The refined tannin framework is balanced and layered with a savory minerality.

Crafted from Dijon 115 and Pommard from the western bowl of Fairsing, this wine fermented in two-ton fermenters before moving to barrel. Darker and higher impact barrels are sourced for the Dardis program from coopers Taransaud and Mercurey.

Total elevage was 10 months in 30% new French oak before bottling in August 2017 with a final alcohol of 13.8%.  

Incredible now, this wine will cellar well through 2028.
